The honoraries of DIANA DRAGOMIR & ASSOCIATES are based both on hourly tariffs and on fixed tariffs, according to the type of legal activity provided.

     In all cases, honoraries are set before performance of each work, based on the estimated work load, on the complexity of the activity provided, on the specialisation of the lawyer or of the expert and on the language in which the proceedings unfold.

     The clients we provide constant services to, as well as those with whom we have worked for a longer period of time, benefit from deductions or from certain free services.

     The honoraries for the services provided through the ”Family Lawyer” follow a different regimen and are invoiced in relation to the type of the negotiated services programme.
